About the Role: Part-Time Outside Sales Rep: Equipment Repair
Code 4 Enterprises is looking for a friendly, self-motivated person to help grow our equipment repair business. If you enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and working independently, this could be a great fit.
Responsibilities:- Prospect and develop new business opportunities
- Manage and grow an assigned sales territory in and around Santa Rosa, CA
- Conduct in-person client meetings, product presentations, and site visits
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals, quotes, and contracts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction
Requirements:- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Comfortable with CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Goal-oriented mindset with a consistent track record of hitting sales quotas
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
