Outside Sales Specialist
Job Summary:
Liberty Roofing Center is a leader in the sales and delivery of roofing shingles and building materials for residential, commercial, and industrial applications, with 9 locations across the Eastern USA.
We are looking for aggressive and self-motivated sales specialist with a hunter mentality who are ready to win and exceed their goals. This role involves managing a sales territory to drive revenue and market share growth by executing approved sales and marketing strategies while delivering top-tier customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
Sell IKO Shingles and related IKO residential roofing accessories to new prospects
Develop IKO Shield and IKO Shield Pro+ contractors in the assigned territory
Plan and execute strategies to meet territory sales goals and support customer needs
Acquire new customers and grow existing accounts
Create and maintain a sales pipeline using CRM tools
Meet regularly with the Branch Manager to review pipeline and territory performance
Drive year-over-year growth in sales and product market share
Conduct weekly product presentations and program rollouts for contractors and builders
Deliver training sessions and product demonstrations to customers
Respond promptly to customer and internal inquiries
Generate new business through cold calling and lead generation efforts
Participate in company-provided training sessions, meetings, and events
Investigate and address product quality issues within the territory
Follow all company policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience or 3–5 years of inside sales experience ready to transition to outside sales
Prior experience in the building products industry or working with roofing contractors, builders, or architects is preferred but not required
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Must successfully pass a background and credit check
