ABOUT THE ROLE

The Outside Services Lead will bring the Amara experience to life by supporting the daily execution of Amara's Outside Services operation while helping ensure residents, members, guests, and prospective members experience seamless arrival, golf, and departure experience.  As a working lead, you will remain actively engaged in Outside Services while providing shift-level direction to the team, coordinating assignments and logistics, and helping ensure golf carts, bags, staging areas, and other operational details are prepared and executed to Amara standards.  You will serve as an additional point of leadership during assigned shifts, helping the team stay organized, responsive, and focused while communicating significant member, employee, or operational concerns to Golf Operations leadership.  Through your attention to detail, calm presence, and willingness to step in wherever needed, you will help create an Outside Services experience that feels personal, effortless, and distinctly Amara.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Three (3) or more years of experience in golf outside services, golf operations or a related service position, with experience in private or member-only club environments preferred.
• Prior experience serving in a lead, trainer, shift lead, or similar role preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate team assignments, workflow, and operational priorities while remaining actively engaged in day-to-day service responsibilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to anticipate needs and keep multiple service and operational priorities moving efficiently.
• A service-oriented approach with the judgment to resolve routine concerns while recognizing when member, employee, safety, or operational matters should be escalated to Golf Operations leadership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced high-touch environments.
• Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied schedules as needed.
