CHOOSE YOUR SHIFT!

1st Shift

• Monday–Friday

• 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

2nd Shift

• Monday–Thursday

• 3:30 PM–2:00 AM

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Monitor and attend industrial ovens during production.

• Read production routers and follow work instructions.

• Use a computer to look up oven cycles and select the correct programs.

• Size sleeves using the appropriate methods to achieve required diameters.

• Monitor oven cycles to ensure parts are processed correctly.

• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy after each cycle.

• Identify and report quality concerns or equipment issues.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

• At least 1 year of manufacturing or production experience.

• Basic computer skills.

• Forklift experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.

• Dependability, initiative, and a strong work ethic.

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

• Willingness to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toe boots.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, with or without assistance.

• Ability to push and pull up to 25 pounds.

• Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, reach, climb, and kneel as needed.

Pay Details: $20.83 to $23.33 per hour
