The Overnight Cleaner Role

The Overnight Cleaner is the unsung hero of our clubs success! Working during our quiet overnight hours, you are responsible for ensuring that when our members walk through the doors at 5:00 AM, they enter a spotless, pristine, and safe environment. If you take extreme pride in your work, enjoy an independent workspace, and love keeping facilities shining, this is the perfect role for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Deep Facility Cleaning: Deep clean, sanitize, and polish all high-touch surfaces, fitness equipment, free weights, turf areas, and group exercise studios (including The HIITZone and Hot Stuff Studio).

• Locker Room & Restroom Sanitation: Thoroughly clean, scrub, and sanitize locker rooms, showers, restrooms, saunas, and vanity areas to maintain top-tier hygiene standards.

• Floor Care: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and operate floor-scrubbing machinery across tile, rubber gym flooring, and carpeted areas.

• Restocking & Trash Removal: Empty all trash and recycling receptacles throughout the facility and ensure towel stations, soap dispensers, sanitizer spray bottles, and paper product stations are fully stocked for the morning opening team.

• Safety & Maintenance Reporting: Follow proper chemical handling (OSHA/SDS) protocols and report any broken equipment, facility damage, or maintenance issues to management.

The Ideal Overnight Cleaner Candidate

We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated individual who takes pride in attention to detail and works well during overnight hours without needing constant supervision.

• You're Detail-Oriented: You notice the small stuff-from dust on top of lockers to water spots on mirrors-and take pride in making things look brand new.

• You're a Self-Starter: You thrive working independently in a calm overnight environment and can manage your time effectively to complete all cleaning checklists before opening.

• You Have Physical Stamina: You enjoy staying active on your feet, bending, lifting, and operating cleaning machinery throughout your shift.

• You're a Culture Champion: Even behind the scenes, you care deeply about providing an incredible "No Judgments" environment for our members.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education & Basics: High school diploma or GED preferred. Minimum age of 18.

• Cleaning Experience: Previous experience in commercial cleaning, custodial work, housekeeping, or facility maintenance is a plus, but not required-we will train the right candidate!

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and perform physical labor (bending, reaching, scrubbing).

• Schedule Requirement: Ability to work consistent overnight shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM), including weekends as scheduled.

Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
