Overnight Cleaning Team Member

The Overnight Cleaning Team Member is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and ready-to-operate restaurant by completing essential cleaning, dishwashing, and organizational tasks outside of normal operating hours. This role helps ensure the restaurant is prepared for the next business day by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and organization throughout the kitchen and restaurant.

Overnight Cleaning Team Member Responsibilities:

• Deep Cleaning & Sanitization: Scrubbing and mopping floors across the kitchen, front counter, restrooms, and dining areas; cleaning and disinfecting kitchen equipment including fryers, breading tables, ovens, and filters.
• Food Prep & Stocking: Fileting raw chicken, making batches of lemonade, and restocking supplies for the next day's opening crew.
• Inventory & Deliveries: Unloading "key drop" truck deliveries, organizing stockrooms, and properly storing frozen, refrigerated, and dry goods.
• Store Reset: Bringing all facilities and equipment back to a "like new" condition before the morning shift arrives

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Have the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis
