    Overnight Direct Support Professional
    $250 Hiring Bonus!
    Full-Time, 12-hr shifts
    Hourly $17.50 - $19.83*
     
    GoodLife Innovations is seeking Overnight Direct Support Professionals to provide care and support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities!

    As an Overnight Direct Support Professional, you will support positive behaviors, teach communication skills, and maintain health and hygiene for the individuals we serve. Your shifts will be spent in family-style group homes to assist with client evening care needs, overnight checks, and light housekeeping.

    Entry-Level Qualifications:
    • At least 18 years of age
    • Must pass criminal background check
    • Ability to lift up to 50lbs to physically assist individuals
    • Flexibility in assigned working location based on client needs
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Previous caregiving or direct support experience, ideally in a residential or therapeutic setting
    • Experience working with clients with aggressive or disruptive behaviors
    • Training in crisis intervention or de-escalation techniques
    • Valid driver's license and safe driving record
    Shifts & Schedules Available: 
    • Front-Half (Sun-Wed)
    • Midweek (Wed/Thu/Fri)
    • Back-Half (Wed-Sat)
    • Overnight Shifts: 7pm-7am or 8pm-8am
    Some Duties:
    • Assisting or fully supporting with personal care needs (bathing, toileting, grooming)
    • Administering medications
    • Completing light housekeeping (sweeping, laundry, dishes)
    • Charting/documenting data using computer system

    This pay range represents GoodLife's average range for this role at the time of posting. Compensation offered will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to, shift type and program location.
