Overnight Home Care Aide – Full-Time

At Fulfilling Needs Homecare, we believe everyone deserves to age with dignity in the place they love most: home. We're a supportive, community-focused agency serving Chester, Lancaster, and Berks Counties, and we're currently hiring a kind, dependable caregiver for full-time overnight shifts in the Manheim area.
What you'll do
As an Overnight Home Care Aide, you'll help clients and their families rest easy knowing someone is there through the night. You'll:
- Provide comfort, reassurance, and companionship during evening and overnight hours
- Follow each client's care plan and respond to their needs
- Assist with bedtime and morning routines, including activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Help with toileting, repositioning, and safe movement during the night
- Monitor client safety and help prevent falls
- Complete light housekeeping as needed
- Communicate any concerns or changes to the family and our team
Schedule
- Full-time, 36-40 hours per week
- Awake overnight shift, [e.g., 10 PM – 8 AM]
Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Negative TB test (2-step skin test or blood test)
- Reliable transportation
- Able to stay alert and attentive during overnight hours
- Able to assist with physical tasks, including transfers and lifting
- Genuine enjoyment of caring for people
- Reliable, patient, and compassionate
- Clear communication with clients, families, and our team
Preferred
- Previous caregiving experience (professional or personal)
- Previous overnight care experience
