LPN - Skilled Nursing & RN - Skilled Nursing

Hiring Salary Range (Depends on Experience): 
LPN $31.50 - $39.47
RN $37.50 - $49.27

Shifts:

Overnights (10:00pm - 6:00am) 

Requirement: This position requires a graduate of an approved school of nursing and must be currently licensed as an RN/LPN in the state of Minnesota. Must maintain current unencumbered license with the Board of Nursing.

RN Responsibilities:

• This position is accountable for coordinating resident care and required documentation according to established policies, procedures, and standard of practice.
• May assume some responsibility in directing personnel.
• Must foster teamwork and contribute to the facility goals and mission.
• The RN will also ensure that services follow current regulations and standards.
• Must be able to relate professionally with clients, staff and family members, display a positive work attitude and be able to work as a team with other staff members.
• Willingness to perform direct care activities is necessary.
• Patience, tact, respect, courtesy, and kindness are required when dealing with residents, visitors, and other staff, as well as the ability to treat patients’ information confidentially.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:

• Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to use computers and electronic records.
• The ability to deal tactfully and use good communication and customer service skills with clients and their families.
• Ability to demonstrate good judgment and observation skills.
