Overnight Retail Supervisor

The Retail Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Retail store, ensuring exceptional guest service, maximizing sales performance, regularly monitors and controls inventory levels, maintaining merchandising standards, and leading a team of retail team members.  This position serves as the primary floor leader, coaching team members, resolving guest concerns, and ensuring operational excellence while supporting the enterprise financial and guest service goals.

Job Overview: Ensures high standards of guest service and successful sales generation, while protecting company assets. Helps to maintain and enhance a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for guests and team members. Ensures cleanliness, organization and safe conditions of retail areas

Job Requirements: 

 Reflects MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING, CERTIFICATION and EXPERIENCE required in order to meet the expectations of this job: 

• Any combination of education and/or leadership/training experience in hospitality or guest service environment to equal two years.
• Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing, with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in word-processing, spreadsheets, presentation, database and electronic software.
• Ability to type 35 words per minute
