Dot Net full stack Developer

Location - Phoenix.

This is Hybrid role and there will be in-person client interview if shortlisted. No subvending pls

As a Full Stack Product Engineer supporting the modernization of CERS you will work within an Agile squad to analyze legacy capabilities refine requirements with business and product partners and design develop test and deploy modern web applications APIs and integrations Daily responsibilities include using AIassisted development tools to accelerate analysis coding testing documentation and solution design collaborating with architects product owners UX designers and fellow engineers troubleshooting production issues performing root cause analysis managing technical debt and ensuring solutions meet security performance scalability and reliability standards The role also involves evaluating emerging technologies prototyping innovative approaches and helping transform complex legacy workflows into maintainable cloudready solutions that deliver business value

What is the team environment and structure like

Our team works in the Safety Environmental and Compliance department and it includes several squads working on custom development initiatives as well as cross functional support and maintenance for legacy and thirdparty systems

How will the resources fit into your team These resources will join established delivery teams working on highpriority modernization efforts helping accelerate the transition from legacy systems to scalable modern solutions

There will be 2 round interviews first one will be virtual and second will be onsite

Candidate will be working in Arizona onsite Tuesdays Thursdays virtual MondaysFridays
