Lead multiple construction projects concurrently from pre-construction through closeout. Serve as the primary client contact and trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle. Take ownership of project scope, schedules, budgets, risk management, and overall project delivery. Identify project risks and develop proactive mitigation and contingency strategies. Manage procurement activities, including RFQs, RFPs, vendor selection, and contract negotiations. Direct contractors, consultants, architects, and vendors to achieve project objectives. Facilitate project meetings and drive accountability across project teams. Maintain financial tracking, project documentation, meeting minutes, and decision logs.

The successful applicant will have 8+ years of experience in construction project management, owner's representation, commercial real estate, architecture, engineering, development, or a related field. Experience managing commercial construction projects from planning and design through construction and closeout. Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and project teams. Experience coordinating contractors, consultants, architects, and vendors. Knowledge of construction processes, project delivery methods, contracts, procurement, and risk management.
Base salary: $145,000 - $160,000. Annual performance-based bonus opportunity.
