Description

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial interiors and retail construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Client Details

Our client is a well-established construction management firm specializing in retail and commercial interiors projects across the United States. Known for delivering high-quality work in fast-paced environments, they have built a strong reputation with luxury retailers, corporate clients, and national brands. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are looking to add a Project Manager to their team.

Description

  • Manage commercial interiors and retail construction projects from inception through completion
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
  • Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor project costs and ensure profitability objectives are achieved
  • Assist with estimating, bidding, and procurement activities as needed
  • Identify and resolve project issues proactively to keep projects on schedule
  • Support multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Experience with managing construction projects in the property industry.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to address project challenges.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements in construction.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Job Offer

  • Competitive salary between $130,000 and $160,000 per year.
