Description
- Serve as the Owner's Representative, protecting client interests throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead projects from planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout
- Manage project budgets, schedules, consultants, and contractor performance
- Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, landlords, and stakeholder teams
- Identify and mitigate project risks while driving successful outcomes
- Monitor project progress and provide executive-level reporting to clients
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Profile
A successful Senior Project Manager (Owners Rep) should have:
- 10+ years of construction project management experience
- Strong Owner's Rep, Project Management Consultancy, or Client-Side experience
- Commercial interiors project experience within NYC is required
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project schedules
- Strong understanding of budgeting, contracts, construction processes, and risk management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
- Professional, client-focused, and highly organized
