Job Title: P&C Service Associate (Tier II)
Work Location: Rochester, NY
Duration: 3 month contract with option to extend
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent
Job Description & Responsibilities :- Working with a highly efficient team to monitor, load and correct deficiencies associated with Disability plans from insurance carriers into client computer system.
- Team member will utilize multiple computer systems and insurance carrier websites as well as internal applications to upload client data.
- This data will be submitted by internal partners and relied upon to be entered with 100% accuracy.
- This is a full time, in-office role and will consist of sitting at a desk for prolonged periods of time with moderate phone use as team member may need to receive inbound communication or make outbound calls relating to data being entered.
Skills & Qualifications :- Strong and accurate data entry experience
- High attention to details
- Insurance experience
