P&C Service Associate (Tier II) (Rochester, NY)

Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a P&C Service Associate (Tier II) to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Rochester, NY.

Job Title:  P&C Service Associate (Tier II)
Work Location:  Rochester, NY
Duration: Long-term contract
Hours:  Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent

Job Description & Responsibilities :

• Working with a highly efficient team to monitor, load and correct deficiencies associated with Disability plans from insurance carriers into client computer system.
• Team member will utilize multiple computer systems and insurance carrier websites as well as internal applications to upload client data.
• This data will be submitted by internal partners and relied upon to be entered with 100% accuracy.
• This is a full time, in-office role and will consist of sitting at a desk for prolonged periods of time with moderate phone use as team member may need to receive inbound communication or make outbound calls relating to data being entered.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Strong and accurate data entry experience
• High attention to details
• Insurance experience
