Position: Speech Language Pathologist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Speech Language Pathologist.  The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals improve their communication skills and a desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others. This is a full-time or part-time position with a competitive hourly rate of 60-65 dollars per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, and communication abilities of clients

- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and client goals

- Implement evidence-based therapy techniques and strategies to improve speech and language skills

- Monitor progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed

- Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and physicians, to provide integrated care for clients

- Educate and train clients, family members, and caregivers on speech and language techniques to facilitate carryover of skills outside of therapy sessions

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans

- Stay current with advancements in the field of speech-language pathology through continuing education and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

- Current state license or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist

- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred

- Experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Commitment to providing high-quality and evidence-based therapy services
