P3 Support Specialist

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to support daily administrative and operational functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, accurate data entry skills, and the ability to quickly learn new processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records with a high level of attention to detail.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook to support daily business operations.
• Monitor, track, and follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Assist with reporting, documentation, scheduling, and administrative processes.
• Maintain organized files and records while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and proactively address issues before they arise.
• Support special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to learn new processes, systems, and procedures quickly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and consistently follow through on assignments.

Job Type: Full-time 1st shift availability 6:30am to 3:00pm

Location: Decatur IL
