As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for PACE KC, you will be part of a team of caregivers to provide care for the people who need it most. Under the direction and supervision of the Medical Clinic Manager, provides general and skilled nursing care to participants, executes interventions in accordance with the plan of care, implements primary care orders, evaluates participant complaints in person and/or by telephone, develops appropriate plan of care, provides participant, caregiver and family education and communicates participant's condition to primary caregivers, physician and care team.
