Key duties involve operating production lines safely, executing start-ups, shutdowns, and change-overs, and maintaining in-process quality control through testing and adjustments.
The role requires adhering to SOPs and safety procedures like Lock-out/Tag-out and Confined Space protocols.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 2-5 years of manufacturing experience, manual dexterity, and ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
Prior chemical plant experience is strongly preferred.
