Package & Shipping Assembly Utility Operator - 2nd Shift

Eaton's AER FMC Fuel Motion Control Systems division is currently seeking a Package & Shipping Assembly Utility Operator - 2nd Shift at our Euclid, OH facility! This 2nd shift role is aligned to 3:30pm - 12am Monday - Friday schedule.

The hourly rate for this position is $28.16 plus $1/hr shift differential per hour.

What you'll do:

The Fuel and Motion Control Systems Division of Eaton's Aerospace Group has an opening for a Certified Pack and Dock. This position is based in Euclid, OH.

The Euclid facility has approximately 300 employees and is a leader in the design, development, manufacture and delivery of Aerospace Fuel Pumping components, systems and services to the global aftermarket and OEM markets.

Job Summary:

• Receive, distribute, and inventory a variety of materials for distribution operations and dock.
• Perform stock and packaging functions for distribution operations and dock.
• Perform all work in connection with wrapping, packaging, and boxing parts, assemblies, tooling and other miscellaneous items for shipment.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections and maintain accurate documentation on a variety of parts in accordance with ANSI Y14-5 and the certified operator program.
• Assistance may be given to other operators on proper operational procedures.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of work location; no relocation benefit is provided.
• This position requires access to export-controlled information. To conform to U.S. Government export regulations applicable to that information, applicant must be a U.S. person, defined as a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (green card holder), (iii) refugee under 8 U.S.C. 1157, or (iv) asylee under 8 U.S.C. 1158.

Position Criteria:

• Pass an Eaton vision test.
• Become a Certified Operator within 40 days of becoming active on the code.
• Perform 5S and other duties as assigned.
• Must obtain Power Industrial Truck (PIT) certificate within 30 days.
• Complete Basics of Measurement courses
