Packaging and Product Device Engineer
The Packaging and Product Device Engineer is responsible for designing, testing, and implementing packaging solutions that are a critical component of the organization's Product Development process. This role also evaluates and improves existing packaging designs to enhance functionality, performance, and efficiency. The Packaging Engineer develops, tests, and maintains packaging standards and guidelines to support scalable and effective packaging solutions across the product portfolio. Working closely with internal cross-functional teams and external packaging suppliers, this individual ensures packaging meets functional, quality, and operational objectives. The ideal candidate will bring category experience across device-based packaging (required), with additional experience in personal fragrance, home scent categories such as laundry care and air / car fresheners, and/or OTC beauty (preferred). This breadth of experience will support the development of packaging solutions tailored to the organization's range of brands, product formats and consumer use cases.
Warehouse in Somerset, NJ - Full time onsite role (5 day in-office). Relocation assistance is available for candidates open to moving to the area.
