Packaging Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable Packaging Associate to assist with packaging, production, and general warehouse duties. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and following detailed instructions and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Remove finished products from the production line and package according to company guidelines.
• Palletize completed boxes.
• Load empty containers onto packaging equipment.
• Supply packaging materials and components to the production line.
• Remove leftover materials from packaging equipment.
• Open boxes and prepare products for quality control inspection.
• Assist Quality Control with releasing new production batches.
• Break down boxes for disposal.
• Clean and sanitize carts and assigned work areas.
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop assigned areas.
• Keep windows, equipment, and work areas clean.
• Assist other teams and perform additional packaging duties as needed.
• Follow cGMP, safety, and product-quality procedures.

Requirements

• Entry-level to intermediate experience.
• Previous packaging, production, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and SOPs.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must follow company drug-free workplace policies.
• Comfortable wearing required protective equipment, including a full-face respirator.

Work Details

• Full-time position in Camarillo, CA.
• Shift may vary.
• Fast-paced packaging and production environment.
• Requires frequent standing, lifting, bending, stooping, climbing, and pulling.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.
• Must be able to maintain a production pace of approximately 25–40 bottles per minute.
• May require working longer than a typical 8-hour shift.
• Equipment includes carts and pallet jacks.
