Packaging Associate

IMKO is seeking dependable and mechanically inclined individuals to fill Packaging Associate positions for a manufacturing facility in Jefferson City, MO.
Schedule:-Rotating 12-hour shifts-Day Shift: 6 am - 6 pm-Night Shift: 6 pm - 6am
Pay: $20 per hour
Qualifications:-At least 6 months of consistent experience in a manufacturing or production environment.-Strong Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment.-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically active throughout a 12-hour shift.-Must be able to pass a 10-panel drug test and 7-year background check.
Responsibilities:-Operate and monitor high-speed packaging equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production.-Perform regular quality checks on product weight and appearance.-Adjust controls as needed to keep production within set standards.-Identify and clear minor equipment issues or product jams.-Complete necessary documentation and line reporting.-Retrieve and load packaging materials as required.-Follow safety procedures and report any issues to the supervisor or maintenance team.
