Packaging Data Technician

Location: San Antonio, TX
Pay Rate: $20.00 $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Lunch: 30 minutes

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Packaging Data Technician with experience operating Cubiscan systems to accurately measure and record product weights and dimensions at our San Antonio, TX facility.

This role focuses on packaging master data accuracy, SKU auditing, and maintaining precise measurements of handling units and sales units to support warehouse management systems and inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate Cubiscan equipment to capture accurate product weights and dimensions.

  • Perform manual measurements and weight verification as needed.

  • Record, review, and maintain packaging master data in warehouse management systems.

  • Conduct SKU audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

  • Verify packaging dimensions for handling units and sales units.

  • Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for measuring and documenting product information.

  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in packaging measurements and master data.

  • Support data accuracy and integration across warehouse management platforms.

  • Operate a Work Assist Vehicle as required.

Qualifications

  • Experience operating Cubiscan systems for product measurement and data collection.

  • Knowledge of SAP, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and Blue Yonder environments.

  • Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and master data repositories.

  • Understanding of packaging compliance standards, product dimensions, and weight documentation.

  • Ability to accurately perform manual weight and dimensional measurements.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

  • Ability to follow SOPs and maintain accurate records.

  • Ability to operate a Work Assist Vehicle.
