Job Summary: This role is for a dedicated Packaging Engineer to ensure global compliance and drive cost-effective solutions for chemical product packaging. You will be the primary technical point of contact for packaging regulations, safety standards, and new supplier assessments. The position demands strong analytical skills applied to problem-solving and continuous process improvement within a dynamic laboratory chemicals environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain UN-compliant packaging designs.
• Conduct validation testing for packaging performance.
• Qualify and onboard new packaging material suppliers.
• Lead initiatives to reduce packaging costs and improve efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve packaging-related operational issues.

Must-Have Skills:

• Expertise in UN Hazardous Materials packaging regulations.
• Experience with packaging testing and validation protocols.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or hazardous materials industries is highly preferred, particularly with a focus on packaging and regulatory compliance.
