Packaging Line Operator & Palletization Specialist

Pay: $24.50 per hour

A day in this role

Your shift begins at the packaging line. You power up the bagging machine, confirm the correct codes and labels are set, and start the first run. As bags move down the line, you watch for accuracy and quality, pull anything that doesn’t look right, and keep materials flowing.

Finished bags head to the pallet table where you stack them securely and apply shrink wrap. You prepare each pallet for shipment, stage it by lane, and help load trucks safely and efficiently. Throughout the day you keep the area clean, follow HSE guidelines and site safety procedures, and report any equipment concerns or packaging issues right away so production stays on track.

What you’ll do

• Operate the bag packer, pallet table, and related packaging equipment.
• Perform bagging and packaging according to established procedures.
• Palletize products and apply shrink wrap to finished loads.
• Verify bag codes, labels, and product markings before release.
• Inspect packaged goods for accuracy and quality standards.
• Stage prepared pallets and ready orders for shipment.
• Load outbound trucks safely and efficiently.
• Keep the work area orderly and free of debris.
• Follow all HSE rules, safety policies, and operating procedures.
• Report unsafe conditions, equipment issues, and packaging problems promptly.
• Support production targets while upholding quality and safety.

What you bring

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Entry-level friendly; prior warehouse, packaging, manufacturing, or production experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfort working around production and packaging equipment.
• Reliable team player who communicates and collaborates well.

Compensation

$24.50 per hour
