A Day in the Life

You start on the plant floor, coaching your packaging crew through a safety huddle. Quality checks follow—sanitation, product integrity, and packaging specs. Mid-morning, you sync with blending and production to fine-tune run plans and remove bottlenecks. Throughout your shift, you track the pulse of the operation: efficiency, yield loss, product quality, inventory and transactional accuracy—spotting trends early and course-correcting to protect financial targets. By day’s end, you’ve developed your people through on-the-spot feedback, aligned with cross-functional partners, and set the next shift up for success.

What You’ll Own

• Drive unwavering adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
• Safeguard product quality and sanitation standards on every run.
• Boost operational efficiency to support blending and production.
• Monitor key outputs—efficiency, yield loss, product quality, inventory accuracy, transactional accuracy—and act on trends to hit cost and performance goals.
• Develop, coach, and empower frontline teams to solve daily issues and meet short- and long-term targets.

How You’ll Lead

• Champion change with empathy and clarity to minimize people impact.
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve operational challenges.
• Inspire the team to achieve plan and stretch goals.
• Embed Productivity, Yield Loss reduction, TPM, and Innovation initiatives into the manufacturing strategy.
• Build capability: employee relations, hiring, training, and communication for hourly frontline talent.
• Create training and organizational capability assessments that advance business priorities.
• Execute cross-functional strategic initiatives from plan through launch.
• Maintain a strong, regular presence on the plant floor.
• Administer policies and procedures with consistency and fairness.
• Cut through ambiguity to prioritize and sequence the right work.
• Translate short- and long-term strategies into operational results.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in food and beverage manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; engineering, business, operations management, supply chain, or related fields preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/365 applications.
• Experience developing and coaching hourly teams (preferred).

Where and When

• Based in Fort Pierce, FL.
• Role includes off-shift and/or weekend coverage.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
