A Day in the Life in Washington, MO

As a Packaging Operations Technician, you begin your shift reviewing the day’s build plan and product specs. You set up and run the packaging line, verify each unit against quality requirements, and keep your station orderly so the team can move quickly and safely. When materials run low, you restock; when something looks off, you flag it immediately. Throughout the day, you coordinate with teammates to stay on schedule and uphold our quality promise.

What You'll Do

• Package finished goods precisely to product specifications and quality benchmarks.
• Safely operate and monitor packaging machines and related equipment for efficient throughput.
• Inspect completed items for defects or variances and report discrepancies right away.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and audit-ready to support safety and flow.
• Partner with coworkers to meet production targets and tight deadlines.
• Support inventory control by replenishing and organizing boxes, labels, and other packaging materials.
• Follow company policies and all safety procedures at every step of the packaging process.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience in packaging or manufacturing is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and comfort following written and verbal instructions.
• Thrives in a fast-paced setting and consistently meets deadlines.
• Able to stand, sit, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
• Clear communicator and reliable team player.
