Packaging Sales Representative (Folding Cartons)

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Prospect and develop relationships with prospective customers
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and maintain a strong pipeline
• Understand customer packaging needs and develop tailored solutions
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations
• Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Maintain knowledge of the competitive landscape and opportunities within the market

• B2B sales experience, ideally within packaging, printing, manufacturing, or a related industry
• Strong new business development and prospecting skills
• Comfortable developing relationships with manufacturers and other B2B customers
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial, hunter mentality
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage a territory and sales pipeline independently
• Existing industry relationships or contacts are a plus
