    Description

    HTI is hiring Night Shift Packaging Operator III professionals for PAI Pharma in Greenville, SC. Pay is $27.00/hour, with an additional $1.25/hour shift differential for employees who transition to the night shift after training. These are full-time, non-exempt positions offering a 3 x 12-hour schedule (7:00 AM–7:00 PM), providing a great work-life balance. New hires will complete a 4-week training program on Monday–Friday from 7:00 AM–3:30 PM before moving to their assigned schedule.     What You Need:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or equivalent experience preferred.
    • 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, food, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
    • Experience operating automated packaging equipment in a manufacturing setting.
    • Working knowledge of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and FDA regulations.
    • Ability to operate and troubleshoot packaging equipment with minimal supervision.
    • Mechanical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting experience.
    • Experience following SOPs, equipment procedures, and safety requirements.
    • Ability to operate multiple packaging lines, including bottle and cup lines; experience with Wonderware CIP is preferred.
    • Familiarity with SAP or similar inventory/production systems.
    • Ability to perform basic math, read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
    • Ability to safely operate an electric pallet jack; forklift certification or willingness to become certified is preferred.
    • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform extended periods of standing, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling.

    What You Will Do:

    • Operate and monitor pharmaceutical packaging equipment while ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are met.
    • Independently run multiple packaging lines and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on departmental SOPs and support training of team members.
    • Review and recommend updates to SOPs and assist management with process improvements.
    • Perform equipment setup, changeovers, routine adjustments, and basic maintenance support.
    • Follow all cGMP, FDA, PPE, and company safety requirements.
    • Load packaging components and perform mechanical and pneumatic troubleshooting as needed.
    • Maintain accurate production documentation and follow established manufacturing procedures.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives and help resolve production issues.
    • Cross-train on additional equipment and processes to support operational needs.
    • Operate an electric pallet jack and assist with material movement throughout the packaging area.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned.
