Responsibilities

• Assemble and label pharmaceutical clinical trial treatments with accuracy and efficiency
• Operate manual and automated packaging equipment according to regulatory standards
• Perform precise inventory counts before and after job orders
• Maintain accurate product records and follow strict procedure manuals
• Complete required training on equipment and process updates
• Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required PPE

Required Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret procedure manuals and product records
• Capable of independently following detailed instructions
• Reliable team player focused on safety, accuracy, and timeliness
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Near vision acuity (minimum 20/40 corrected) and color vision

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in pharmaceutical or food and beverage packaging
