Packer – Logistics | 2nd Shift

Nesco Resource is now hiring for a 2nd Shift Packer – Logistics position at a local facility in Lenoir, NC.

The Packer – Logistics position is responsible for safely wrapping, boxing, labeling, and preparing manufactured protective tapes, films, and wire/cable components for safe transport.

Job Description and Requirements

• Product Packaging: Safely pack finished spools, rolls, and slit materials from production machines into designated boxes or onto shipping pallets.

• Quality Inspection: Check finished products for visible defects, damage, or size discrepancies before packaging and sealing.

• Labeling & Documentation: Apply accurate product and shipping labels and complete required production, inventory, or shipping documentation.

• Warehouse Support: Keep the packing and work areas clean and organized, stage inventory, and work with material handlers and logistics teams to move finished products to designated loading or shipping areas.

• Follow all established safety procedures and maintain a safe and productive work environment.

• Must be dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment.

Pay:$18.00/hour

Shift: 2nd Shift – Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM
