Role: Packing Engineer
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Role Summary:
We are looking for a Packaging Engineer with experience in FMCG/Chemical packaging projects. The candidate will be responsible for packaging equipment layouts, technical documentation, equipment evaluation, and packaging line improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design packaging equipment layouts using AutoCAD/SolidWorks.
- Prepare technical specifications for packaging equipment and conveyors.
- Support packaging line installation and layout modifications.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders for timely project execution.
- Evaluate and recommend packaging equipment purchases.
- Improve packaging machine OEE and line efficiency.
- Develop packaging line requirements for different SKUs.
Required Skills
- Experience in Primary, Secondary, and End-of-Line (EOL) packaging systems.
- Knowledge of Packaging Technology and FMCG/Chemical packaging projects.
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor.
- Ability to understand RFQs and technical documents.
- Good communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
Qualification - BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
