Packing Operator

Night Shift Packaging Operator

Cincinnati, OH 45232
Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: 2-2-3 schedule
Hours: 6:15 PM – 6:15 AM

What You'll Do

• Operate packaging equipment and package materials produced on production lines
• Assist with line clean-outs and changeovers
• Start up, shut down, and change over production lines as needed
• Perform in-process quality checks and make adjustments to maintain product quality
• Communicate with the Production Foreman and management
• Follow all SOPs and safety procedures, including Lock-out/Tag-out and Confined Space procedures
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• Step in as Lead Operator when needed

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2–5 years of manufacturing experience
• Chemical plant experience is strongly preferred
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Comfortable operating machinery and computers
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Strong focus on safety and quality
