About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Beaumont, CA. This role involves operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting production machinery to ensure efficient and safe operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery used in the production process.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery and work areas.
• Inspect parts and products to ensure quality standards.
• Record production data accurately and complete required documentation.
• Adjust machine settings for optimal performance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production issues.
• Assist with machinery setup and changeover as needed.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or machine manuals is a plus.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 30 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
• Basic math, measurement, and mechanical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience operating manufacturing machinery is preferred.
• Skills in mechanical troubleshooting and inspection.
