Packing & Shipping Specialist

Essential Functions:

• Complete customer orders by packing, shipping and checking material, in an accurate and efficient manner.
• Maintain knowledge of work functionality and quality standards by attending training classes/sessions, as defined by manager/supervisor or delegate.
• Maintain current Key Performance Indicator(s) (KPI) as directed by supervisor/delegate, and as per annual DIALOG.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to the LEAN 5S program including (but not limited to) keeping workstations neat, aisles and pathways clear of debris and clutter.
• Stock / replenish inventory and supplies to maintain correct and efficient levels ensuring complete customer (internal and external) fulfillment.
• Willingness to work extended hours and overtime, when required.
• Work with other employees in a team approach to achieve departmental objectives by maintaining accuracy and preventing error in customer orders.
• Compliance with the use of personal protective equipment as required by law and company guidelines and policy.
