Position Overview

Stand-By Personnel is seeking dependable and hardworking Pad Stuffing / Production Associates to join the Pads Department at a manufacturing operation in Tulsa. This position is responsible for stuffing, assembling, handling, and preparing pads used throughout the production process.

This is a physically demanding production position involving repetitive lifting, bending, reaching, pushing, and material handling. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and the physical stamina necessary to remain active throughout the workday.

Required Experience & Skills

• Ability to perform heavy, repetitive physical work throughout the shift
• Ability to stand and remain active for the majority of the workday
• Strong physical stamina and ability to safely handle production materials
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Ability to follow production instructions and established procedures
• Strong attention to quality and accuracy
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a production team
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or general labor experience is helpful but not required

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Stuff pads according to established production requirements
• Assemble pads and related components as required
• Ensure pads are properly filled and prepared for the next stage of production
• Handle and move materials throughout the work area
• Perform repetitive lifting, bending, reaching, pushing, and material-handling activities
• Maintain a consistent production pace throughout the shift
• Inspect completed work for obvious quality or assembly concerns
• Ensure finished products meet established production requirements
• Move completed pads and materials to designated areas
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
• Assist coworkers with production activities as needed
• Perform additional general production duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience
• Warehouse or general labor experience
• Assembly experience
• Experience performing repetitive production work
• Previous physically demanding labor experience
• Material-handling experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment

Physical Requirements

This position requires candidates who are physically capable of performing demanding, repetitive work throughout the day.

• Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods
• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Repetitive upper-body and material-handling activity throughout the shift
• Ability to safely move and handle production materials
• Ability to maintain a consistent pace while performing repetitive physical tasks
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work throughout the entire shift
