HTI is partnering with PAI Pharma to hire Direct Hire Packaging Operators in Greenville, SC. This is a great opportunity for candidates with prior manufacturing experience and a stable work history. Candidates must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Pay

• $21.00/hr ($20.50/hr for the first 13 weeks)

Shifts Available (12-hour shifts)

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Responsibilities

As a Packaging Operator, you will:

• Operate production machinery in accordance with prints and specifications
• Perform required work steps within assigned cycle times
• Operate presses and other manual machinery (e.g., lathes, grinders, mills, and similar equipment)
• Perform frequent quality checks on finished parts
• Operate test equipment and interpret pass/fail data
• Complete batch records, equipment log books, and other required documentation accurately and on time
• Follow company uniform and gowning policies
• Assist with learning/operating a variety of manufacturing equipment as needed
• Complete other duties as assigned

Preferred: SAP experience

Requirements

• At least 1 year of machine operating experience (required)
• High School Diploma/GED (preferred)
• Experience with changeovers and basic mechanical maintenance/troubleshooting
• Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Stable work history and reliable attendance
• Must be able to understand and respond to various notifications, both visual and audible, unless otherwise stated by the client
