Paid CNA Training Program

Greenup Rehabilitation and Nursing is now accepting applicants for our FREE CNA Training Program. If you are looking to start a career in healthcare, this is an excellent opportunity to receive paid training while preparing to become a Certified Nursing Assistant.

No experience required. Applicants must be at least 16 years old.

The program includes classroom instruction along with hands-on clinical training in a skilled nursing facility environment.

Program Details:

• FREE Certified Nursing Assistant training
• Paid clinical training hours at $15.50/hr
• Approximately 40 hours per week during training
• Full-time employment opportunities available after certification
• Starting pay of $19.50/hr for certified CNAs
• Benefits available for full-time employees
