Paid CNA Training Program

Macomb Post Acute Care Center is offering a paid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Training Program for individuals interested in starting a healthcare career. This program combines classroom instruction with hands-on clinical experience in a skilled nursing environment while earning pay during training.

Participants will gain the skills needed to sit for state CNA certification.

Program Details

• Tuition fully covered
• Paid training at $15.50/hour
• Full-time training schedule (approximately 40 hours/week)
• Hands-on resident care experience

After Successful Completion

• Opportunity for full-time employment
• Starting pay of $19.50/hour as a CNA
• Benefits available for eligible employees
