Paid CNA Training Program

Robinson Rehab & Nursing is now accepting applicants for our paid CNA training program. This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals interested in starting a healthcare career - no prior experience required.

Participants will complete classroom instruction and hands-on clinical training in a skilled nursing facility while gaining real-world experience caring for residents.

Program Details

• Fully paid training program
• $15.50/hour during clinical training hours
• Approximately 40 hours per week
• Flexible schedule availability required
• No tuition or program costs

Upon successful completion of the program and state CNA certification, participants may be offered full-time employment with benefits starting at $19.50/hour.

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Reliable and dependable
• Able to complete the full training schedule
• Interest in healthcare and resident care
