Job Description

Cintas is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Media Strategist to serve as a subject matter expert on our Digital Marketing team. Responsibilities for this role include building and launching demand generation campaigns, upholding advertising platform best practices, defining and measuring campaign success, collaborating with agency partners and internal stakeholders, and managing paid media initiatives across multiple marketing teams. This position plays a critical role in planning, optimizing, and managing paid media campaigns across a variety of advertising platforms. As a paid media expert, this role oversees lead generation efforts, stewards marketing budgets, and applies paid media expertise across marketing teams to drive results. Success in this role requires the ability to develop and provide guidance on all aspects of paid media campaigns while coordinating cross-functional teams and managing third-party vendor relationships. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Manage a wide array of paid media campaigns with cross-functional teams to support business goals and marketing initiatives. 
  • Partner with marketing and business stakeholders to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of paid media performance and campaigns across multiple platforms. 
  • Manage and administer paid media strategies and tactics to drive innovation and efficiency of media budgets and lead generation goals. 
  • Leverage analytics platforms to analyze user behavior and extract actionable insights which you’ll use to drive optimization of digital experiences, system reliability, and operational efficiency. 
  • Design and build advertising solutions in partnership with 3rd party agencies and advertising platform reps. 
  • Conduct regular audits of paid media campaigns and suggest optimizations as necessary. 
  • Conduct performance audits and provide actionable insights to improve user experience and help drive additional conversions. 
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations. 
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in paid advertising and digital analytics to ensure objectives align with business goals. 

Skills/Qualifications

Required 

  • High School Diploma or GED 
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or a related field 

  

Preferred 

  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and Google search and display ads; experience with B2B demand generation platforms such as ZoomInfo is a plus 
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and digital advertising platforms, with the ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies  
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously while meeting scope, timeline, budget, and performance objectives
