Pay Range: $50 /hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the execution of paid social campaigns across platforms including Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Reddit.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize based on KPIs.
- Collaborate with business teams on campaign planning and performance reviews.
- Develop ongoing testing plans to identify growth opportunities and innovative tactics.
- Manage external partner relationships and explore new channels for acquisition.
- Provide oversight and coaching to junior team members, fostering their professional development.
- Present insights and strategic recommendations to client teams and internal stakeholders.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- 6+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, actively working within buying tools at an agency and/or in-house media team.
- 2+ years of experience leading large social media brands and mentoring/managing junior team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
- Experience with B2C and B2B campaigns, particularly in financial, health, or retail sectors.
- Familiarity with campaign building, pacing, optimizing, and reporting.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
