An established interventional pain practice in Orange Park, Florida (Jacksonville area) is hiring a full-time, board-certified interventional pain physician. This is a 100% outpatient pain management role with average income around $600,000, a $30,000–$40,000 per month base salary guarantee ($360,000–$480,000 annually), a one- to two-year base guarantee, then 50% of collections after the guarantee is met, immediate partnership with no buy-in, and ownership in a multi-specialty ASC with quarterly distributions. New graduates and experienced physicians are welcome. Anesthesiology and PM&R backgrounds are both accepted.About the Position You will join an existing group of interventional pain physicians in a turnkey outpatient practice. Strong NP and PA support handles follow-ups so you can focus on procedures. Administrative work stays with the management team.
