We are seeking an experienced Painter to support commercial and residential construction projects. This position is responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint, stains, coatings, and finishes while maintaining high standards for quality, cleanliness, and jobsite safety.
Responsibilities
Prepare walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and other surfaces for painting.
Scrape, sand, patch, caulk, and repair surface imperfections.
Apply primer, paint, stain, and protective coatings using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
Mix and match paints according to project specifications.
Mask and protect floors, fixtures, windows, and surrounding work areas.
Complete interior and exterior painting work.
Perform touch-ups and final punch-list work.
Set up and safely use ladders, scaffolding, and lifts.
Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment.
Follow OSHA regulations and all jobsite safety procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
