Palantir Full-Stack Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Palantir Full-Stack Developers to support a client engagement with Client. Developers will contribute to a Palantir-focused operate engagement, helping support, maintain, and enhance solutions built on the Palantir platform.

The ideal candidates will have strong full-stack development capabilities, hands-on experience across the Palantir ecosystem, and the ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications and solutions built on the Palantir platform.

• Support ongoing operations, enhancements, and technical delivery within an operate engagement.

• Work across frontend and backend components to deliver reliable, maintainable solutions.

• Troubleshoot issues, support production operations, and implement improvements as needed.

• Collaborate with client stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

• Support testing, validation, deployment, and ongoing maintenance activities.

• Participate in onsite working sessions and collaborate with distributed teams as required.

Required Qualifications

• Approximately 6+ years of relevant full-stack development experience.

• Hands-on experience developing solutions using the Palantir technology stack.

• Experience working across frontend and backend development.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively with technical teams and client stakeholders.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work onsite in the Los Angeles / Southern California area approximately two days per week, with flexibility for periods of increased onsite activity.

Location and Work Arrangement

• Southern California candidates are strongly preferred.

• The engagement is expected to require onsite collaboration approximately two days per week on average.

• Additional onsite time may be required during reporting cycles, quarter-end activities, or other periods of increased client activity.

Engagement Details

• Contract opportunity supporting a Client client engagement.

• Anticipated team need: approximately 4 6 developers, subject to final staffing decisions.

• Target start window: mid-November to early December 2026.

• Final duration, engagement structure, and start date are subject to confirmation.
