Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Pallet Riders with forklift operation skills, specifically in reach forklifts, to efficiently move and organize pallets within a warehouse environment. The role involves safely handling staged pallets, moving them to designated areas, and maintaining high safety and accuracy standards. This position is ideal for candidates with reliable transportation, strong documentation skills, and good attendance who are willing to work consistent daytime shifts. Success in this role will be demonstrated by your ability to operate forklifts safely and accurately, support warehouse operations, and collaborate effectively with team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate reach forklifts to move staged pallets around the warehouse.
• Carefully and accurately place pallets in designated storage areas.
• Pull pallets from staging areas to facilitate warehouse operations.
• Maintain safety procedures when handling pallets and operating equipment.
• Document pallet movements and ensure proper recording of activities.
• Work in compliance with safety standards to uphold warehouse safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate pallet handling.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and report any operational issues.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience driving reach forklifts.
• Proven documentation skills related to warehouse operations.
• Good attendance record.
• Reliable transportation, as no bus line is available.
• Ability to safely lift up to 40 lbs.
• Forklift certification/license (implied, as experience required).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in warehouse or distribution environments.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 lbs.
• Standing for extended periods.
• Adherence to safety standards during warehouse operations.

Dress Code:

Casual. No sweats, tank tops, or loose-fitting clothing that could get caught in machinery.
