Panel Assembler-Manufacturing

East Pittsburgh, PA

Job Type: Full-time, Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Pay Rate: $19.00-$22.00 Hourly

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble panel displays by applying adhesive backed labels to a cut metal panel, ensuring quality assembly while producing high volume of work.  Conduct quality inspections prior to shipment.
• Maintain efficient and accurate assembling speeds.
• Utilize hand tools proficiently, effectively and safely.  Must be able to follow drawings.
• Package completed panels to minimize shipping damages.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation.
• Coordinate workflow to meet scheduled shipment dates.

Minimum Skills, Experience, Training, and Job Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift  40 lbs.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.  Must have experience in using hand tools, automation equipment, power tools, and measuring equipment. 
• Ability to work a consistent Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. shift.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and strong time management skills.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.
