Job Title: Panel Builder


Job Description


We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Panel Builder who can expertly assemble electrical panels by interpreting customer-specific blueprints and schematics. This role requires a meticulous approach to ensure that all assemblies meet quality standards and specifications.


Responsibilities


+ Tap and wire panels according to specified instructions.

+ Read and interpret customer-specific blueprints and schematics accurately.

+ Inspect the quality of builds to ensure they adhere to blueprint specifications.

+ Ensure the correct wires and parts are used for building panels.

+ Perform point-to-point wiring.

+ Conduct wire tightness tests using calibrated torque tools.


Essential Skills


+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints.

+ Experience in panel building and electrical assembly.

+ Ability to perform detailed panel wiring and control panel assembly.


Additional Skills & Qualifications


+ Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.

+ Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic cable assembly.

Work Environment


The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The facility is temperature-controlled, providing a comfortable working environment. Pay ranges from $19 to $30 per hour based on experience, with specific rates for different experience levels: Level 1 ($18-22/hr), Level 2 ($22-25/hr), and Level 3 ($25-30/hr).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $34.00/hr.
